Pleasant Hill
Pleasant Hill is located north and west of Walnut Creek and east of Lafayette. A close knit community perfect for young families, Pleasant Hill is 45 minutes from San Francisco off of Interstate 680. As it is further away from SF and public transportation, property values in Pleasant Hill generally trade at a discount to that of neighboring Lamorinda and Walnut Creek.
Poet’s Corner
Located on the south end of Pleasant Hill, Poet’s Corner is a highly desirable neighborhood due to its close proximity to downtown Walnut Creek and to the Reliez Valley neighborhood of Lafayette. Its mostly flat topography makes it great for walking and is easily accessible to parks, schools, and shopping.

Valhalla
Valhalla is the northern-most neighborhood in Pleasant Hill, located near Paso Nogal Park and the coveted Contra Costa Country Club. Homes in this neighborhood are an eclectic mix between small ranchers and larger newly constructed estates. This area of Pleasant Hill is also home to the main public high school for Pleasant Hill, College Park High School, and Diablo Valley College (DVC), which is one of the larger community colleges in Contra Costa County.

Woodside Meadows
