Pleasant Hill

Located on the south end of Pleasant Hill, Poet’s Corner is a highly desirable neighborhood due to its close proximity to downtown Walnut Creek and to the Reliez Valley neighborhood of Lafayette. Its mostly flat topography makes it great for walking and is easily accessible to parks, schools, and shopping.

Located in the northern section of Pleasant Hill, Gregory Gardens homes are charming mid century ranchers named after common female names in the 1950’s.

Valhalla is the northern-most neighborhood in Pleasant Hill, located near Paso Nogal Park and the coveted Contra Costa Country Club. Homes in this neighborhood are an eclectic mix between small ranchers and larger newly constructed estates. This area of Pleasant Hill is also home to the main public high school for Pleasant Hill, College Park High School, and Diablo Valley College (DVC), which is one of the larger community colleges in Contra Costa County.

Adjacent to Lafayette to the west and Walnut Creek to the south, Hillsdale is one of the smaller neighborhoods in Pleasant Hill with direct access to Briones Regional Park.

Accessed primarily from Taylor Blvd and located on the west side of Pleasant Hill, Grayson Woods is characterized by a series of quaint and quiet streets that end in cul-de-sacs. Very much tucked away, Grayson Woods’ sleepy vibe makes it appealing for young and established families alike.
